I’m delighted that Café Bridge is continuing in Sherborne thanks to a wonderful new organising team: Juliet Pentolfe, Debs Edlmann, Charlotte Gerard and Julie Preece, with bridge direction by Victor Lesk.
The event will take place on Sunday 22 November 2026 and follows the familiar Café Bridge format, with players enjoying bridge across a range of local venues together with a two-course lunch.

Cafe Bridge headquarters gets a Quirky Look Award!
Sherborne Café Bridge will be based at The Sherborne, a beautiful community venue in the heart of the town. I was amused to discover that it has recently won a national “Quirky Loo” Award. Having seen what they’ve created, I can understand why they must be amongst the most memorable loos in Dorset!
