Come to our next Wilding Weekend on 17th and 18th June 2023. We’ll be opening our garden and land through the National Garden Scheme, offering lunch, tea and cakes as well as showing what we’ve done to create more wildlife-friendly habitats.
Stalls, Talks and/or Tours will include:
- The Dorset Wildlife Trust: Hosting a stall with information on wildlife and conservation in Dorset
- Bee Happy Plants & Seeds: Selling plants, seeds and books etc
- Bumblebee Conservation Trust: Giving bee tours
- The Great Big Dorset Hedge: Talking about their campaign to survey, map, plant, expand and join up hedgerows across Dorset
- Dorset Mammal Group: Stall explaining their working for mammals in Dorset
- Colin Varndell: Exhibiting and talking about his wildlife photography
- Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust: A stall and reptile tours
- Stone carver, Tom Clark: Talking about the building the bat egg
- Butterfly Conservation: Helping with moth trapping and showing what they’ve found
